Shipping policy
We deliver worldwide and the great news is to most destinations shipping is FREE! This Includes the UK, Europe, USA and Australia, New Zealand, and some of Asia.
You will be able to see shipping rates when you check out and before you pay.
Unfortunately there are some destinations that we cannot deliver to yet. You will also be able to see this when checking out.
Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered to your chosen address. We typically ship within 24-48 hours but as all items are made to order especially for you it can sometimes take a little longer.
Depending what you order your items may arrive separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel.
Delivery varies depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible after placing your order. If in the rare instance you have not received your goods within 30 days of your order you will be entitled to cancel your order and a refund will be made to you.
We have chosen our packaging very carefully but occasionally a product may get damaged in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item/s are damaged in anyway so that we can rectify the issue and send a refund or replacement.
